Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service at gmeweb2024@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the shipping charges.
