1. General Information

All order is subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

We can deliver to addresses within Malaysia, for those location listed under “Outskirt Delivery Area” are subject to the courier company and the delivery lead time will be longer.

3. Delivery Time

Once order is placed and payment had made, it will take 2 workings day to process the good to get it ready to ship. Working day mean Monday to Friday except public holiday.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

Date of delivery may vary to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered. Product may also be delivered in separate shipment.

Tracking number will update into the order info one order is ready to ship.

4. Delivery Cost

Shipping fees are charged per order.

For Penisular Malaysia, RM15 shipping fees will be applied based on the total order.

For East Malaysia, shipping fees will calculate according the weight of the item. Total shipping fees will be applied based on the total order.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please record a video and take photo contact us immediately at WhatsApp 012-9802238.
